These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and asa777 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the asa777 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all associated features accessible at asa777.im and any sub-domains thereof.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the asa777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Registration Information: You must provide your genuine full name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate date of birth during registration. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All financial transactions on the asa777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made through your registered account.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using any supported payment method currently available on the platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select international card schemes where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. asa777 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are credited to your asa777 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. asa777 shall not be liable for any delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, system outages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering ("AML") control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.

asa777 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, wagering requirement fulfilment, or any ongoing fraud or AML investigation. Players must ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements are met before a withdrawal can be approved.

3.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. asa777 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider and asa777 accepts no liability for any resulting exchange rate losses or fees.

Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.

• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: asa777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change shall not apply retrospectively to bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the effective date of the change.

All games and betting markets available on the asa777 platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the relevant game provider, in addition to the overarching platform rules set out in these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

5.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other available markets, are subject to the specific betting rules displayed within the sports section of the platform. Odds are set by asa777 and may be updated at any time up until market closure. asa777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was subject to a manifest pricing error.

5.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games, including those provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, are subject to the rules of the respective game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the game outcome will be determined by the provider's own recorded data. Incomplete rounds resulting from a verified technical failure on asa777's side will be voided and the stake returned.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 4 above;

All content on the asa777 platform — including but not limited to the asa777 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to asa777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the asa777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of asa777.

Game content, including game artwork, sound effects, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, or Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

Non-material corrections and clarifications may be made without specific notice.
